The Servizi MiC portal has a Frequently asked questions section, which brings together the answers to the most common questions about access, filling in, payments and outcomes of the procedures.
What you find in the Frequently asked questions
The questions are organised by topic: access and digital identity (how to log in with SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS); submitting an application (how to fill in, sign and submit); delegations and roles (having your application managed by another person); payments (how to pay with PagoPA); after submission (communications, additions and outcomes); and technical support.
